Henningfeld Legacy Advisory provides Business coaching delivered online by Mark Henningfeld. Coaching supports personal and professional growth. It is not therapy, medical care, or legal or financial advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

Prices are shown on the Programs page. One-time programs are charged in full at checkout. Monthly or yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Sessions cancelled later, or missed without notice, may be counted as delivered.

You are responsible for your decisions and actions. Share accurate information, attend sessions on time and treat the coach and other clients with respect.

Worksheets, recordings and other materials are for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell or share them without written permission.

Both of us agree to keep the content of coaching sessions confidential, subject to the exceptions described in our Privacy Policy.

Outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort. We cannot guarantee any specific result. See our Disclaimer for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henningfeld Legacy Advisory and Mark Henningfeld are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time, subject to the Refund Policy. We may end the service to anyone who breaches these terms or behaves abusively.
